Pakistan extends aviation ban
Pakistan extends Civil Aviation Authority issues a new NOTAM which extends the aviation ban for domestic and international flights until 21 April. Earlier, the NOTAM was issued for ban until 14 April 2020.
The ban affects all domestic and international flights across the board.
The ban affects thousands of Pakistani stuck abroad. There are around one million Pakistanis stuck in Middle East who are unable to return due to closure of airspace.
This move will further increase the agony for them. Yet, the move is necessary for stopping the spread of corona virus in the country.
