Taliban are all set for greatest battle of Islam: The Ghazwa e Hind. The decision comes as Indian brutality rises in the occupied Kashmir against Muslims and violations of human rights increase. Resultantly, the Taliban announced jihad in India after Eid Ul Fitr.

As Prime Minister Imran Khan earlier said in his tweet about brutality against Muslims, “Modi’s RSS-inspired doctrine on IOJK very clear: First, deprive Kashmiris of their right of self-determination by illegal annexation of an occupied territory. Second, treat them as less than human by a three-pronged approach: one, trying to crush them with brute force incl using inhumane weapons”.

However, after the announcement of the Afghan Taliban, many questions raise on the statement. As the Taliban declare war against India the question arises as to which way they will go to India? When there are no borders together and Pakistan is in between Afghanistan and India.

Will Pakistan let them use its land or help them to enter into India? No, because PM Khan does not believe in mujaheddin. Rather, he continues to emphasize back door diplomacy.

It is pertinent to mention that Hafiz Saeed is under arrest. Hafiz Saeed is one of the key proponents of freedom of Muslims in India. Although he’s in jail, so question arises that will his mujahedeen help the Taliban to enter India? Only time knows the answers, but the announcement is meaningful.

On the other hand, the Taliban are negotiating with America about the matter of peace in Afghanistan. It seems like they have finished one mission and preparing for another.

Causes of Uncertainty

Since the election of Prime Minister Modi, he got no tolerance against Muslims. Moreover, the hike starts when the Indian government demolishes the status of Kashmir as a separate and disputed state. However, the United Nations has already declared Kashmir as ‘Disputed State’. On the other hand, Kashmir is under curfew for more than 200 days by the Indian government.

However, Prime Minister Imran Khan calls himself as Ambassador of Kashmir in the United Nations. In his last address in UNGA PM Khan warns India in these words, “We will not start a war but if it starts from India ‘LA ILAHA ILLALA’ we’ll fight”.

Ghazwa e Hind

Ansar Ghazwa e hind, the group derives its name from the Islamic prophecy of Ghazwa-e-Hind, the ultimate conquest of India. Ansar means supporters, the group published material that encouraged Muslims across India and Kashmir to carry out lone-wolf attacks.

The Hadith predicting the great battle for India is often referred to as the Ghazwa-e-Hind Hadith. Its various versions of which have been recycle each time a Muslim leader or would-be conqueror attempts to raise an army to invade India.

The Hadith claims that a great war will take place in the Indian Region before end of times. The Hadith refers and compares the participants of this war as companions of Sahaba. Throughout history, Muslims of the world desired to participate in this war.

The Quran defines Jihad as Fight in the way of Allah against those who fight against you but begin not hostilities. Lo! Allah loveth not aggressors. To those against whom war is made, permission is given (to fight), because they are wronged; – and verily, Allah is most powerful for their aid.

Although wars are not the solution of any conflict and usually have after-effects which last centuries. Yet, the Indian government has left no option but to fight for the right of innocent Kashmiris under its illegitimate control.
