transferred to Motorway Police
The Motorway Police has issued a notification of appointment of Dr. Mushtaq Ahmed Mahar as Inspector General of Police, Sindh. He was serving as IGP Railways.
The transfer of Dr. Kaleem Imam has remained as bone of contention between the federal government and Sindh government, where the latter has openly criticized the former for not following the Constitution.
Meanwhile, Dr. Kaleem Imam is transferred to Motorway police. He has already commanded the motorway police in an earlier stint as well.
