The response of the common man?
At the same time, the zeal of Indian common man is also visible. A number of twitter users reported their contributions for Indian PM’s fund to fight against corona virus. One such user’s twitter submission is given below:
This Indian response shows the level of trust and commitment the Indian people have in their nation.
How did Pakistani businesses respond?
On the other hand, there seems little or no response on the other side of border.
So far, there has been no significant philanthropic response from any business tycoon or industrial group in Pakistan. A few TV channels have started donation collection campaigns. Yet, the level of response from Indian side gives Pakistan a lesson to learn.
