Prime Minister Imran Khan launched PTI government’s first-ever development project in Islamabad. The New Blue Area is launched in Islamabad on Sunday. The project is likely to attract investment from national and overseas investors at a huge level.
The project is scheduled for open auction from Monday, the 2nd of March 2020. The open auction of the project is scheduled for 14-16 April 2020.

This initiative coupled with several incentives to the construction sector including ease of deposit in Advance Tax on pro rata basis will encourage investment, result in job creation and speed up economic activity in the country.
The government also has plans to launch commercial projects in Lahore and Karachi.
