Here’s a personal guide for Covid-19. This can be helpful for you to deal with corona virus in case of getting the infection.

The key symptoms for corona virus are following:

  • Fever up to 101
  • Mild cough
  • Dryness
  • Extreme Weakness
  • Body-aches
  • Anxiety 
  • Diarrhoea (In some cases)
  • Vomiting (in some cases) 
  • Shortness of breath

Note: Everyone is experiencing different symptoms. Some people don’t even show any symptoms. While a few might have only fever or aches, others can experience extreme affects like shortness of breath, anorexia, fever higher than 101. 

Testing for Covid-19

If you have fever, mild cough and body aches their is a high chance that u are covid positive. It is up-to you if u want to get tested or not. A better approach would be to start treating yourself as covid positive and start medication instantly. Delays will only make things worst. 

The testing charges are anywhere in the range of 7500. The results come in 48 hours. Your results will be shared with health department and yes they will call u and ask to visit your place. No need to panic. As long as u have your own room and private washroom. And you can quarantine yourself, they will not harm you in any way. They will come, check and take a few samples of people in your place and leave.

Medication for Covid-19

  • Azomax 500 mg once a day (5 days)
  • Panadol (every 6 hrs depending on your fever)  
  • Famvir 250 mg twice a day (5 days) antiviral
  • Entergermina twice a day (anti-diarrhea) 
  • If you have anorexia and vomiting (take onset thrice a day 15 mins before meal)
  • If u have cough you can nebulise once a day with Ventolin
  • Deltacortril (only To be prescribed by doctor) 

Vitamins for immunity

Here are the best vitamins to use against corona virus:

  • Berocca vitamin C plus zinc (once a day) 
  • Calcium supplement (Once a day)
  • Magnesium supplement (Once a day)
  • Sanna makki kahva before sleeping
  • Toot siah for throat
  • Sharbat e faulad for energy

Diet during Covid-19

This will destroy you taste buds and sense of smell. You wont feel like eating anything but that is even worst for your health. This will hit your core and energy levels. Make sure you take protein based diet. Eat less but take meals frequently.

  • Milk shake
  • Fruits

Take small portions but eat every hour. 

The Do’s

  • Take rest
  • Take steam

  • Take a sleeping pill at night if the situation is making u anxious and building up tension. 
  • Make sure u open up all the windows and ventilate the room you are isolated in.

  • Do not roam around
  • Don’t go close to kids
  • Avoid eating junk
  • Do not miss medicine
  • Don’t exert
