Pakistan case is yet to see Corona Virus
Pakistan cases are low due to lock down by mid of March, yet the lack of social distancing is increasing the cases everyday
Pakistan is to see Corona Virus Peak, according to independent researchers. Pakistan’s corona virus cases are rising every passing day. The number of confirm cases is more than 5000, which is a benchmark for next wave of high number of infections. The reporting of less than 100 deaths is aligned with the less number of tests in the country.

The Case of the West
The cases of several countries in Europe and the United States provides a glimpse of what is coming. It may just be the beginning.
The example of Italy is the key measure. The Italians were taking the virus lightly. There were calls for social distancing. However, the Italian people and the government missed the signs. Ultimately, they had to face huge losses. Italy is closed today. The numbers are under control after severe measures such as imposition of curfew all around the country.
The cases of United States is also similar. President Trump’s views were clear that it cannot harm the United States. Today, the US is bleeding as thousands of cases are being reported in different parts of the country. The US government is trying to control the measure by locking down specific areas to ensure that it does not affect the overall social life. It is doing so by utilizing the data of its infected people. Even then, it may have to lock down to control the situation.

The Situation in Pakistan
The case of Pakistan is different. The government has employed all measures very carefully. The government is in opposition of a complete lock down. However, it is informing people to apply social distancing and adopt precautionary measures to control the pandemic.
On the other hand, the people are not heeding to this advice. So, it is resulting in a continuous increase in the number of cases of corona virus. The increase is happening all over the country, in every city and town. It means that the virus has already reached various part of country.
The incubation period of Corona Virus is 14 days. So, a person knows that he has the infection in a time period of two weeks. So, we can easily assume that the reporting of cases will increase in the next two weeks. It will bring more cases of corona virus, mostly of those who have not ensured social distancing in their lives. It may increase the number of corona virus to a voluptuous size.
A single corona virus patient infects approximately 14 people. So, we can assume that the number of corona virus patients in Pakistan will touch its first peak by end of April 2020. It also includes aspects of further increase in cases if people are not ready to adopt the social distancing model as per the need.
Thus, Pakistan is to see Corona Virus Peak.
