Australian researchers claim that the HIV and malaria drugs have the ability to cure the latest strains of corona virus
In the midst of the crisis as the WHO has raised its red flags against the corona virus. There might be a good news for the world. The WHO has shared information that the corona virus took 67 days to spread among the first 100,000 people. It took approximately 13 days to spread it to the next 100,000 people. However, it took just 4 days to affect the next 100,000; thus, making it a total of more than 300,000 people.
Yet, there is a good news from the Australian researchers who have conducted trials of different medicines on corona patients. In these trials, these researchers found that the combination of the two drugs, i.e. the malaria and HIV curing drugs to be helpful. They can remove the virus from corona patients.
It stated that Chloroquine, an anti-malarial drug and lopinavir or ritonavir, the HIV suppressing drugs have shown miraculous results for the corona victims. It has resulted in disappearance of the virus among the infected people, claimed the researchers.
The research is conducted by University of Queensland in Australia. One of the lead researchers,Professor David Paterson claimed the drug is showing promising results, as quoted by Daily Mail.

The researchers have shown their desire to conduct large scale clinical trials by the end of March. The successful clinical trial could be as possible treatment or cure for the deadly respiratory disease.
