For each flight, there are 15/20 air condition buses so people can sit at a distance of 1.5 meters from each other. Once settled, the passengers have 2 options. Either to go to a private notified hotel and pay their charges which amount to Rs 3000 per night or go to a government quarantine free of cost. In Islamabad, the notified hotels are all 3 or 4 star hotels with minimum of Rs 12000 per night. However, the government is subsidizing the hotel charges and they have to pay only Rs 3000. Everyone has to stay for 48 hours at the quarantine.
After completion of 48 hours, health teams will come and take tests of every individual. The cost of the test is Rs 6500 but it is free for passengers and government pays for the test. Those who test negative are free to go to their homes.
