An upset voter of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf burnt himself in front of the Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan’s official secretariat in Islamabad. The man burnt himself on the main road in front of PM secretariat in Islamabad’s red zone.

The man also has a letter for the Prime Minister to ensure his message is read by the government. The onlookers say that the man brought the kerosene in the highly protected zone, which is often closed for the general public.

The man had written in the letter to Prime Mininster Imran Khan that he had voted for PTI in the 2018 general elections. The said man had issues with police who was being harassed on some accounts. When unable to fight the injustice, the man came out and took this extreme action.
The officials claim that he was a drug addict. They also claimed that they tried to save him but couldn’t protect him.
The self immolation scene was heart breaking and a number of people were watching the man burning. The pain in body was visible when the burnt man was trying to move his legs.

The case seems of a severe injustice. The reports say that the man was involved in a fake case of possession of alcoholic drinks by an influential person within the government. It includes involvement of key political leaders, police and other high level officials in the government.
